David Swenson’s 40-hour workshop next month at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne is particularly valuable for teachers and those seeking to deepen their practice – book now

David Swenson’s 40-hour Yoga Immersion Workshop next month offers a unique and wonderful way to learn more about Ashtanga Yoga and is particularly valuable for ashtanga teachers and those wanting to deepen their practice.

This course is a deep immersion into the details underlying the practice and teaching of Ashtanga Yoga.  David will cover teaching techniques of the Primary Series and participants learn safe and effective hands-on adjustments through partner work for all of the asanas, practicalities of conducting a class and yoga theory.

All participants are engaged in teaching and adjusting each other.  There is a wealth of invaluable knowledge to be learned and tools for practice to take away from this immersion course.

As in any course run by David Swenson, there will be plenty of laughter and fun woven into the experience.  You are sure to learn more than you ever imagined possible in a week-long course and have a great time in the process.
