Dr. Khushdil has a certificate in Naturopathy and a Bachelor in Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery. She has practiced Yoga and Ayurveda for over 15 years and gives workshops to teach people how live happy, healthy lives through Yoga, Ayurveda and other alternative therapies.
